My consultant was brilliant.  The positive energy and knowledge he gives is an inspiration to us all.  Brian has given me new perspective opened up new ways to move forward and Excel.  His attention to detail and interaction with my employees was inspiring to say the least.  Not once did I feel belittled, stupid, or intimidated.  He has helped with problems and situations that I wouldn’t have been able to handle without his help.

We have always valued the outside perspective and it has opened our eyes to how we can grow our company and make if flow more smoothly.   Brian has played a big role in that and giving us the tools along with implementing the new changes.   Brian took time and spook to all our employees and listened to the needs and wants of each one and with that in mind he was able to convey that to us in a way we could see and understand the situation. He presented a lot of information ( think drinking from a fire hose) in an easy and “mentally digestable” fashion.  He is brutally honest and sometimes says the things that I would rather not hear, but that is the beginning of a breakthrough.  Together we have developed a working plan and a compelling path forward for my business.

Problem solving recommendations and abilities have instilled a drive in our team making us very excited to put forth what we have learned from him to work.  As we move forward, we will daily be using the things that we learned from him in making this company run efficiently, honestly, and successfully.
