We have always valued the outside perspective and it has opened our eyes to how we can grow our company and make if flow more smoothly.   Brian has played a big role in that and giving us the tools along with implementing the new changes.   Brian took time and spook to all our employees and listened to the needs and wants of each one and with that in mind he was able to convey that to us in a way we could see and understand the situation.
